All purchases made on PropinLeads are non-refundable once the data or service has been delivered. This policy is in place due to the intangible, irrevocable nature of the data we provide.
However, we may offer a replacement or partial refund under the following conditions:
The data provided was inaccurate or outdated beyond an acceptable threshold.
A significant portion of the contacts were non-functional or unreachable.
There was a technical issue on our side that resulted in an incorrect delivery.
To request a review of your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the data and provide:

Description of the issue
Sample records showing the inaccuracy
If your request qualifies, we may either:
Provide replacement records, or
Issue a partial refund, depending on the extent of the issue.
